FINISHING:

1. All surfaces exposed to view in normal use shall be smoothly machined and sanded.
2. The application of finishing materials shall be controlled to produce items of uniform finish without sags, runs, orange peel, overspray or other defects detrimental to a smooth quality appearance.
3. Finishing materials shall not cloud the natural grain of the wood.
4. Finish shall be applied equally to both sides of all wooden components.
5. Finish shall be UV cured urethane.
6. Finishing process shall be environmentally friendly and emit no V.O.C.'s (Volatile Organic Compounds) into the atmosphere.
7. Finish shall be highly resistant to chemicals, water, and abrasion.
8. Finish shall pass the following tests:
   Acetone                                Olive Oil
   Orange Juice                          Ketchup
   Grape Juice                            Mustard
   Lemon Juice                           Red Wine
   Whiskey                                Coal Tar
   Ethyl Alcohol(100%, denatured)    Shoe Polish
   Hot Coffee                             Methiolate
   Vinegar
